Fee: 50% of One Month’s Rent

  • Show Property to Potential Tenants
  • Obtain and Process Credit Applications
  • Run Credit Reports
  • Perform Inventory and Condition Inspection
  • Verify Employment and Past Rental Information
  • Initiate Lease with Tenant
  • Collect Security Deposits/Prepaid Rent

Month to Month Management


Fee: 10% of Collected Rent

  • Collect Rent
  • Pursue Late/Delinquent Rent
  • Eviction as Required
  • Notice to Tenant/Owner of any Status Change
  • Process Maintenance Requests
  • Dispatch Vendors/Contractors to Services
  • Respond to Tenant/Owner Calls and Problems
  • Account for all Income and Expenditures

Re-Lease to Existing Tenant


  • Evaluate Property and Market for Rent
  • Advise Owner Regarding Re-Lease and Rate
  • Evaluate Existing Tenant for Care of Property
  • Evaluate Existing Tenant for Payment History, Etc.
  • Initiate New Lease with Existing Tenant
  • Evaluate Existing Tenant for Service Calls
